My husband and I worked with David's wife, Kris, while searching for our home. I could not even imagine a better experience - and house hunting during the pandemic and this ridiculous market was difficult! Kris was our choice because we really felt that she had our goals as her goals and never once did we feel like she was trying to rush us or talk us into a home just to make a sale. She was always honest about the homes and knowledgeable about the quality of homes and the neighborhoods. She was extremely knowledgeable about the process of putting in offers and managing the process once our offer was accepted. Kris was also VERY responsive to my contacts and texts, even when really early or really late and it was always appreciated. She not only got us showings of home within an hour or so of contacting but set up showings of homes that weren't posted yet. Lastly, Kris was a true friend during the process and gave us memorable gifts after we closed on our home. We could not be happier with our new home and it's because Kris was such an asset in finding the perfect home to start our marriage.
