Cheryl helped me buy my first home . If I had to do it again, I'm honestly not sure that I would, given how stressful it was, but I was glad to have Cherryl helping me through the year-long process. She has the patience of a saint. If not for her reassurances and gentle nudging, I probably still wouldnt have a house.Cheryl is very knowledgeable , very personable and trustworthy . She is also very persistent. I wanted to purchase a home with no real knowledge of what it meant to buy a home. Everytime we got close to closing, something would go wrong on my part. I called her several times wanting to give up. She was always available to talk to me , reassuring me that she will get me to a home if its the last thing she did. On October 3rd a problem occurred just before closing and Cheryl came through for me a big way when she didnt have to . After closing she told me that I was welcomed to call or come see her with any questions or concern I might have. I will definitely, without a doubt refer my friends and family to Cheryl. I love her and owe her a party when I'm settled in MY NEW HOME.

My husband and I were having problems finding a right rental for our family. We've been searching for years and could not find anything that fits either what we are looking for or our budget. We decided the best thing to do is to buy seems more economical to use. We used other realtors that was futile. My husband started making phone calls and came across Cheryl. She answered all of our question, was very articulate and so we decided that she was the right person for us. In a matter of days she lined up a few places in the area that we were interested in. After looking at two places we found what is to be our home. We then realized that the place that we have interest in has 19 offers. Everything seems grim and we already knew that we had no chance in getting this place. Cheryl and her team keep on saying STAY POSITIVE; but with the luck that we had it was not easy to stay positive. Not sure how hard the team worked for us but I am sure they did an excellent job because in a few days we got the call saying that the coop was ours. Filled with emotions I became speechless. So I think its fitting that I leave a review on her wall. I would definitely recommend her and her team to any of my family and friends who are looking for a place to either purchase or rent. First and foremost let me begin by saying that Cheryl truly is a woman of word !!!! I met Cheryl by complete accident and almost well over a year or so I'm so thankful she entered our lives. Cheryl has always remained professional at all levels. Whether u are looking for a house in the low budget and or high end she will ALWAYS make you feel like a million dollar client. I truly am happy I encountered Cheryl as my realtor but I'm even more happy knowing that through the long process and journey we became great friends. I recommend Cheryl for all your house hunting needs. I assure you when you house hunt with Cheryl she hunts as if she's hunting for her own house with your quality and needs !!!!
