We highly recommend Closer Cheryl without any reservations.Our experience began with Cheryl sitting down with us and talking through the home buying process as well as the current realities of the Long Island market. Based on our input (budget, ideal home, ideal location), Cheryl provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit our wants/needs and what type of home we might expect to find within our budget. To start, we spent approximately two days looking in each of the neighborhoods we selected and checking out listings while Cheryl spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different things we saw in each house/community. We were very indecisive home shoppers, so we definitely tested Cheryls knowledge about local communities and types of homes, and were never disappointed with her responses.Most important to us, Cheryl was always honest with us about what she thought about each property, was always available and helpful, and we always felt that she truly had our best interests at heart. If I had to do it again, I'm honestly not sure that I would, given how stressful it was, but I was glad to have Cherryl helping me through the year-long process. She has the patience of a saint. We've been searching for years and could not find anything that fits either what we are looking for or our budget. We decided the best thing to do is to buy seems more economical to use. We used other realtors that was futile. My husband started making phone calls and came across Cheryl. She answered all of our question, was very articulate and so we decided that she was the right person for us. In a matter of days she lined up a few places in the area that we were interested in. ZillowVERIFIED I usually do not write reviews but for this Agent I must! I was in the market for a house. Currently living in queens but looking to move into the long Island area. I found Cheryl's number online and called her for a house but turned out the taxes were over our budget. Immediately Cheryl told me.. ok let me find you something else! I then told her I currently have co-op that I would be selling in order to purchase my new property. She has held my hand the entire way! She put my house on the market and we sold in 1 day! (no exaggeration),needless to say we got over asking! We were not expecting to sell so quickly. We haven't even started house shopping. Cheryl quickly took action. She drove my husband, my 2 year old daughter and myself in her car all weekend long for multiple weekends to house hunt. I must also add we were chauffeured around in her E-class and she had no hesitation to put my daughter's car seat in the back seat! That tells me personally a lot about a person! True family woman. We thought we found the house of our dreams, they accepted our offer then decided we did not want it. I called Cheryl scared that she would be upset for wasting her time but not a bad word! She said OK on to the next! I must say we found another house and we were in negotiation and again we changed our minds. Once again Cheryl had no problem, she assured us she would find us the right house! We ended up finding an amazing home in East Rockaway. I cannot thank Cheryl enough for being there to talk to me at 10:00 at night, multiple nights, driving us around, being patient and overall just being an amazing agent.
