Ever is a very intelligent and helpful professional. He walked me through every step of the way until we found the house for me. He explained everything that we were doing and answered every one of my question that I had along the way. Ever always kept me updated on houses and what I needed to do next.

Ever and his team were great! They did all of the hard work in finding a tenant for my rental. Everything was taken care of from A to Z while working around my hectic schedule and safety protocols for Covid-19. I would definitely recommend again!

Ever made this entire experience easy and simple. He has great knowledge, therefor I felt comfortable working with him. Ever made beneficial suggested and was able to patient with me and understood any and all of my demands that I had. Thank you, Nicole

Ever was great! Incredibly communicative and able to describe the process and steps in a way that's easy to understand. He gives you the information you need to make a good choice, along with his own professional recommendation. Also really quick to respond to questions or requests, and works around whatever schedule you have, even in a pandemic.

I was a bit apprehensive about taking this next step in life, but Ever helped along every step of the way. He asked several open-ended questions to help find me the perfect property for my needs. Extremely patient, knowledgeable, and always just a text or phone call away. I will definitely be recommending to both friends and family!
