ZillowVERIFIEDEver was great! Incredibly communicative and able to describe the process and steps in a way that's easy to understand. He gives you the information you need to make a good choice, along with his own professional recommendation. Also really quick to respond to questions or requests, and works around whatever schedule you have, even in a pandemic.

ZillowVERIFIED Ever was very responsive throughout the buying process, and excellent with providing additional information without prompting, making a difficult decision-making process much easier.Especially with repair requests and other negotiations during the closing process, Ever was very active and perceptive in the process, raising reasonable issues on my behalf when practical, and otherwise allowing me to navigate and dictate my specific needs and requirements in a new home within my limited experience as a first-time home buyer. I strongly recommend him due to his work ethics and integrity and he made our experience as a first time home buyers such a great one!

ZillowVERIFIED Ever was extremely reliable, responsive, and right on the money with every piece of advice he gave us. Our house received an offer for asking price less than 24 hours after officially putting the listing on the market. Ever had contacts in the industry to help with painting/prep work that we were able to use, however, we did save some money by using our own staging service. All told, we would absolutely recommend Ever to others and would likely use his services again.

ZillowVERIFIED We have just completed a successful real property acquisition with Ever Banuelos as our agent. From the initial meeting discussions for investment property to escrow closure, Ever guided the process with proficiency and patience. No concern was too trivial or time wasting for him to respond rapidly always addressing the situation with a solution. We were impressed with his depth of knowledge and professional approach to negotiation, which resulted in our selection as winning bid with multiple offers. In addition, Ever suggested an excellent resource for financing which proved to be more effective than our former source used in previous transactions. The most admirable and lasting impression from our experience with Ever was the fact we felt a genuine bond of trust in his efforts on our behalf. We were treated as friends, not another business deal. This phenomenon is remarkable during this era where honesty and honorableness are not frequently valued.Without reservation, we highly recommend Ever Banuelos as your real estate expert.

ZillowVERIFIED I was contacted by Mr. Ever Banuelos early this year to sell my condo but I was not ready. He contacted me again and this time looking at all the options I had - I decided to proceed with the sale of the condo. I lived in a 55 plus community and they are not always easy to sell but this condo had a lot going for it. Mr. Banuelos provided his expertise, network and his sales skills - and got the place sold within two weeks. I was happy, the buyer is happy - and this is why Mr. Banuelos has gotten a fantastic review. He is enjoyable to work with, does not pressure his clients and knows what he is doing when it comes to customer's interests. I will recommend him without hesitation.

ZillowVERIFIED As first time home buyers my husband and I were inexperienced and unsure of what exactly we wanted in a home. Ever worked tirelessly with us to find the perfect fit. He was always prompt to respond to questions and concerns and to schedule showings of homes. He always was honest of his personal assessment on the home and always had done ample research on the areas. He never tried to push us outside our strict budget and was understanding of our nervousness of our first home purchase. He patiently walked us through the process and made us feel so comfortable with everything. I would highly recommend Ever to everyone I know interested in buying or selling a home.
