Realty ONE Group

Susan was amazing! Always responsive to my questions and concerns. Found the right home for me on the first try! Thank you for being amazing Susan and finding me my next home!

I want to highly recommend Susan Del Pozzo to anyone in search of a realtor in the greater Phoenix area or in Flagstaff. My husband and I recently made a move from Colorado to Sun City Festival, and Susan was recommended to us by our Colorado buy/sell team. Timing to buy a house in AZ was very tight, so we made arrangements to fly down for a long weekend. Susan was kind enough to clear her schedule for the weekend, and spent the better part of 3 days showing us as many homes as we could fit in. She found many great homes that completely fit our needs! The advice and counseling she provided to us was invaluable! Her knowledge of the Phoenix market was so helpful. My husband and I not only found Susan to be exceedingly professional, but fun to work with and be around as well. Home-buying is a stressful experience to be sure, but Susan has a knack for calming the anxiety, removing the fear and keeping the process fun. By the time we made a purchase decision, and were ready to head back to Colorado, Susan had truly become a friend. We are so grateful for her experience and guidance, and would highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a home in this area. Thanks for everything, Susan! You provided us with a wonderful home buying experience!

Susan did a great job helping out in every aspect of the home buying process. She was very attentive and flexible with working with me and my busy schedule.

Susan is the real deal. Weve bought and sold plenty of houses over the years, and most agents, frankly, do little more than get the property on the MLS and then wait for someone else to make something happen. Susan is not that kind of agent. She is extremely smart, highly strategic, and impressively creative, and the advice she gave us was genuinely high-value. We did not need someone to simply walk us through the basicsaEUR"we were looking for someone who could materially improve the outcome, and she absolutely did. She worked harder, thought more deeply, and brought more to the table than any agent weve used before. She more than paid for herself, and I would recommend her without hesitation.

As first-time homebuyers, our experience would have been completely different without Susan by our side. She is incredibly knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely kind. Her years of experience were evident in the way she worked tirelessly to help us find the perfect home. Susan is the ideal combination of warm and tenacious; shes a strong advocate who never lets anyone take advantage of her clients. Thanks to her, we found not only a wonderful home but also a wonderful friend. We couldnt be happier with our experience and would recommend Susan without hesitation.
