My husband and I recently made a move from Colorado to Sun City Festival, and Susan was recommended to us by our Colorado buy/sell team. Timing to buy a house in AZ was very tight, so we made arrangements to fly down for a long weekend. Susan was kind enough to clear her schedule for the weekend, and spent the better part of 3 days showing us as many homes as we could fit in. She found many great homes that completely fit our needs! The advice and counseling she provided to us was invaluable! Her knowledge of the Phoenix market was so helpful. ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough about Susan Del Pozzo! On my first visit with her she took the time to answer my MANY MANY questions. Then she walked my house and we reviewed EVERYTHING that needed to be in done in order to make sure it was going to be a great showing - and boy was it a GREAT look! Susan was never out of reach at any time for any of my questions in which she would answer in an extremely timely manner. She was always in communication with me from the big things to the small things. When it was time for the photographers and videographers to come to my house and film, she came the day before and did a detailed overview of my house to be sure all was done as she asked. Then the next day when the photographer and videographer came to the house she was there again just to be sure everything was in the right place for a great presentation. THEN to top it off - from the time the pictures/videography was done she had it listed in less than 24 hours (and by the way she was putting on a birthday party for her husband at the same time). Within 12 hours of the house being listed, I had a showing AND offers were coming in! I couldn't ask for anything more from Susan! My significant other and I have 5 animals, and our primary concern was that we at least wanted a large patio area for them to play in... we had a tight budget, and began our search months ago looking at small condos and townhouses.
