Realty One Group Revolution

Nancy was absolutely incredible to work with! She was very responsive, she understood what we were looking for, and we truly felt like she was on our side and had our backs throughout the entire process. She made the entire experience so much easier than I had expected it to be! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!

My husband and I love Nancy!! We Have known her for many years. We purchased our first home with her and now our second. Couldn?t ask for anyone better. She is always quick to respond and is very informative. I respect her opinion and am completely comfortable addressing her with issues I don?t understand. She?s like family to us!

We met Nancy Costa through a Re-max agent in St Augustine. At that time we owned a home In Charlotte, N.C. that needed to be sold and wanted to move to Florida. Nancy was in Charlotte and we engaged her to help sell our property and she did. She was very thorough and only showed the home to approved perspective buyers. Needless to say our home sold in 2 days over the selling price. We had thoughts of moving to Florida but it did not pan out and we rented an apartment for 2 years. Tired of apartment living we called on Nancy to help us find a home. She was fantastic and offered to show us different areas until we found our dream home. She answered all questions without hesitating and worked very hard to help us purchase. She now is with RealtyOneGroup and will continue to please her clients. Thank you Nancy

We had an excellent experience with Nancy as our realtor. As first time home buyers, we needed a knowledgeable, patient and flexible realtor...Nancy was all three. She also made sure we given the best quality and service from our loaners and sellers. We will definitely working with her in the future and recommend anyone else to do the same.

I highly recommend Nancy Costa . She is very Knowledgeable of the local market, and very Ethical , very smart and focused on the best Possible experience for those she represents. She guided us in selling a family home, with multiple offers the first day , and closing it In a timely very professional manner.
