ZillowVERIFIED We met Nancy Costa through a Re-max agent in St Augustine. At that time we owned a home In Charlotte, N.C. that needed to be sold and wanted to move to Florida. Nancy was in Charlotte and we engaged her to help sell our property and she did. She was very thorough and only showed the home to approved perspective buyers. Needless to say our home sold in 2 days over the selling price. We had thoughts of moving to Florida but it did not pan out and we rented an apartment for 2 years. Tired of apartment living we called on Nancy to help us find a home. She was fantastic and offered to show us different areas until we found our dream home. She answered all questions without hesitating and worked very hard to help us purchase. She now is with RealtyOneGroup and will continue to please her clients. Thank you Nancy

ZillowVERIFIED I started exploring the house market online long before I decided I was ready to make a purchase. Nancy sent me updates all that time and encouraged me. She patiently helped me navigate the fast paced Charlotte market place and guided me through the process of buying my house. Her knowledge, patience, and professionalism are attributes that make her an excellent realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I recently recommended Nancy Costa to a friend and former neighbor who is planning to move and asked me for advice on a good realtor to help she and her family sell their house. Nancy is personable while being responsive to communications, and knows the industry. When we had difficulty selling our property she recommended that we invest in some landscaping to make it more appealing. We did and within days the property sold. Thanks Nancy!

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy Costa became our buying agent through referral. Immediately, we knew we were in the right hands. Our prior home sold unexpectedly quick, which put us in a bind. We were not prepared to make a buying decision in the short time frame we had. Nancy, with her infinite experience, suggested the course of action we quickly assumed. Rent, short term,, and allow her to help us find what we REALLY wanted. Immediately digging in, and understanding our vision, she found us a beautiful 3.5 acre lot (with pond) in which we built an incredible custom home for our family. Nancys knowledge, expertise and tenacity led us through the minefield that is property acquisition and home building. She is without question, the most pleasant and knowledgeable real estate professional my wife and I have ever known. -D. Anderson

ZillowVERIFIED Nancy is family to us now! She held our hand All the way through the building and buying of our new home. I had always been told by friends dont build your own home! Itll drive you crazy!. Nancy made the home building and buying purchase so much more manageable and always had our best interests at heart. She even came to our design studio appointment with us to make sure we were getting everything we needed and even desired! When problems arose with the builder, Nancy took care of them. My husband and I couldnt imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. Anytime someone asks for a referral, I always suggest Nancy Costa.
