Weve worked with Ralph and Heidi back in 2020, but we realized we werent ready. They were very respectful, we didnt receive no pressure or persistent follow ups but occasionally, Ralph would send some info or if my husband has some questions, they never hesitated to respond. Until 2025 we contacted them again and right away they went down to work. I cannot express the thought of how much they both made everything smooth for us. As first-time home buyer, we didnt know the process, expected how the process would be and even ask more in-depth questions. They raise questions or concerns that neither my husband nor I would know. They are honest with their communications; may it be good or bad news. We may have been approved for a different loan amount; they respected the budget where we will be most comfortable with. They are very knowledgeable in the area, very responsive and communicates very well. They literally helped us through the process and for that they went above and beyond in helping us acquire our very first home. With them, it just feels like home.

We worked closely with Ralph and Heidi at the end of 2025 to find the dream location that we never would have looked at otherwise! Constant communication and guidance from the Bowser team helped get us through a short escrow with an out-of-state seller, definitely something that we wouldn?t have trusted anyone else to handle! The cherry on top was the way the Bowser team handled an INCREDIBLY difficult Seller?s Agent; Ralph and Heidi went above and beyond to make sure we were on the right side of negotiations, maintaining a high level of professionalism in the face of an uncooperative and flat out frustrating dance partner. Not only were they able get us to the right location, they got us to the right price (and then some!). Even though the sellers may never realize it? THEY GOT ?BOWSERED?!
