ZillowVERIFIED After 11 years in our home, our situation required us to move and sell. Corinne put together comps and explained each given the time of the sale and particulars of the house. She provided 3 list prices that she though we should consider depending on the approach we wanted to take and let us make the decision. Throughout the process she gave us feedback and her impressions based on her experience. One buyer contacted her directly and wanted her to draw up an offer without seeing the house. This gave us multiple offers, but she tempered our excitement stating that in her experience these types of offers are to feel out the sellers and seldom become actual sales. Sure enough her instincts were correct; when we sent out the multiple counter offer, this buyer never responded. Corinne was there to answer questions about documents at odd hours since my job had me working long hours. She worked with my bride in staging the house to make it appealing to the potential buyers. Through out the process Corinne made us feel like we were her only clients. A pleasant experience from beginning to end. We would recommend Corinne to any one looking to sell their home.
