Walter helped sell a home I was overseeing under a Power of Attorney. He came over an evaluated the property early while we were still in process of cleaning the house out. Early on, he helped with getting a legal review of my P.O.A. prior to when I was ready to sell and guided me to a great Title Attorney. Walter is easy to reach out to over text, email or phone call days, nights and weekends. Once I was ready to sell, he had an assessment of the current market already in place, and we set a target price and had a verbal offer from a strong buyer by the weekend of the first open house and a purchase a sales agreement signed by that Monday. I wanted to move quickly on the closing, and he helped facilitate all of that. I highly recommend him!
