Early on, he helped with getting a legal review of my P.O.A. prior to when I was ready to sell and guided me to a great Title Attorney. Walter is easy to reach out to over text, email or phone call days, nights and weekends. Once I was ready to sell, he had an assessment of the current market already in place, and we set a target price and had a verbal offer from a strong buyer by the weekend of the first open house and a purchase a sales agreement signed by that Monday. I wanted to move quickly on the closing, and he helped facilitate all of that. I highly recommend him!

Review I am so happy that Walter agreed to be our selling agent. He had his job cut out for him. In an unpredictable market, and a very unique property, Walter stepped up to the plate. Our old home was so well-loved and it was difficult to make our minds up to move, but due to our age and other circumstances we decided it was time. Walter was so kind and sympathetic and worked very hard to find the best buyer in a limited field. Our home was almost 200 years old, but Walter was able to find a niche for selling. As first time home-buyers, we came in nervous, but Walter was so helpful and guided us through the process in such an informative way that made us confident in our decisions. He is a kind teacher who taught us so much without ever being pushy or working his agenda. In his approach, it is immediately apparent that he genuinely cares about understanding and helping his clients find what they are looking for. Through his guidance, we felt empowered to make the decisions that led us to a first home purchase that we are thrilled with. With his years of experience in MA and NH he is an expert not only in his field and in this area, but he has also built strong relationships with local realtors and a network of great partners (for loans, closing, titles) etc. that make the journey seamless from start to finish. Review You know you have the right agent when you feel like youre their only client. Walter was always readily available via a phone call or text, hes literally the king of communication. I never had to wonder what the next steps were because he had already explained them to me. I cannot begin to express how he made this whole process seamless. He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, proactive, helpful and most of all great listener. This is especially helpful when you are in the buying process when youre making a lifetime investment, but to hear him reiterate your goals and point out those little things you may have mentioned really means a lot during those walk-throughs. During the house-hunting process its amazing how much he remembers, he starts voicing things you may have forgotten you said. He does not take shortcuts and is very knowledgeable in what the role of others are in the process. Review Sold two homes with Walter in the past year. He surprises me every time with how in tune he is with the market. This time he managed to sell the home above ask and in 2 days! Both times he has made what I thought at the time were bold calls but they always end up being the right call. This go around he made suggestions for updates to do prior to listing, which I was hesistant to do as the unit was unoccupied and it was costing me money each month. However, doing the work ended up selling the property right away and I got the renovations cost plus extra with Walter's negotiating skills alone. I have used a few different realtors in the past and wouldn't recommend anyone other than Walter!

Review Walter did an amazing job for us and we highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor. We gave him a very difficult task of needing to get our home sold in less than a month due to mistakes another realtor had made on our purchase side. He created an action plan for starting price and well as reductions to meet our timeline in necessary. We ended up getting a low ball offer within the first few days that we were advised not to take. In thinking the first offer is usually the best, we wondered if we were making the right move however we trusted Walter. We then received another offer which was even lower, which we again rejected. We showed the home quite a bit of the few weeks on the market and made some small price reductions to keep activity up. We were getting close to the deadline to sell our home and getting increasingly concerned, but Walter assured us he would get it done. Low and behold, the final weekend before our deadline we got a full ask offer that was well above the previous two we received and could meet our timeline to purchase the new house! When we were approaching closing, we didnt realize until the middle of the night with closing hours away that there was no way we were going to have everything packed up in time. We stayed up all night loading a UHaul but it didnt feel like we were making any progress. I called Walter first thing in the morning to let him know we werent going to have everything done in time. He asked how much time we needed and I thought at that point only a couple of hours. Normally you would just ask to delay closing however the realtor represent the buyers was very difficult and uncooperative. Walter decided to drive over immediately and started vacuuming the rooms that were finished and doing what he could to have the house ready! He was actually under doctors orders to rest and he still was putting in the work for us to get us to closing. We ended up delaying closing by 6 hours and he helped us with the house the whole time and kept the other realtors involved at bay despite all that had occurred. We cant recommend Walter enough! If you want a realtor who knows the market, can make tough calls, will go the extra mile and genuinely cares about you and your family then work with Walter.
