She helped through all the hurdles from the seller, such as title issues, and the Conservation committee that had to provide a certificate due to a wetlands issue. Kim knew just how to negotiate for the best outcome for us, helped with the prepurchase inspection, specifically around a Radon issue that the sellers needed to address as well.
