ZillowVERIFIED Kim is the best, nobody knows Lakeville and the surrounding area like her, true pro and super sweet! She helped through all the hurdles from the seller, such as title issues, and the Conservation committee that had to provide a certificate due to a wetlands issue. Kim knew just how to negotiate for the best outcome for us, helped with the prepurchase inspection, specifically around a Radon issue that the sellers needed to address as well. Kim was very prompt on questions via text, email, and phone, even on weekends and nights. This was the most challenging closing of all the houses Ive purchased, and we couldnt have done it without her!!!

She was also really flexible when scheduling times for us to go look at other houses. She knew what we were looking for and helped us find and narrow down ur options. We sent inquiries to several realtors and hers was the only response that was not "canned" but genuine. We talked with 2 others, but Kim was by far the most knowledgable and unassuming. We met, researched and toured homes with Kim. I have to be honest: I was sold when she disagreed with me on a property. Most realtors would not say "You are wrong and here's why..." They just nod and agree with you.We ended up making an offer on one property that fell through and the next offer on a property stuck. there were some "bumps" in the process, which Kim went above and beyond to smooth out.I've bought properties in the past and Kim was, by far, the best realtor I have worked with. Kim spent many hours showing me land, helping me with the design of my new home and the selection of a builder. She was always responsive to my questions and offered great suggestions when I had difficulty making decisions on design details. Kim also sold my other home for me. Although it was a distance from the area that Kim usually covers, she had many showings. She was very effective at communicating and negotiating with prospective buyers and sold the house within a few months of listing it.I dont think I would have survived the process of building a home and selling another home without Kim.
