Garret went above and beyond and made the entire home buying process smooth and easy. I am an active duty service member from out of state and knew there would have to be excellent communication between myself and an agent in order to make sure things went smoothly. After telling him what I wanted, the desired area, and my budget he quickly got to work with getting houses together for me to view via FaceTime. Once I decided on one that happened to be a new build he worked to get me a fair price and was super responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Throughout the entire process of the home being built I got videos and pictures and he always made sure I knew all of my options when faced with having to make decisions. It literally didn?t matter I was all the way across the country. I felt so comfortable and at ease in this entire home buying process because of his work ethic, professionalism and transparency. I will continue to refer Garret to anyone I know.
