We are from Canada and wanted to buy property in the US, in a market we did not know very well, so we needed somebody who would understand our needs and expectations in finding the best place while respecting our budget. Brigitte Belanger was the one! At our first meeting, she knew how to pinpoint our needs and desires and she explained very well the realty situation in the area. She then started the search for us, and all the properties listed responded to our needs so there was no waste of time. We chose to visit approximately 10 properties and Brigitte Belanger was quick and efficient to make appointments, she was always very well prepared for every visits, and was resourceful in resolving problem issues during visits. Brigitte was always available for us and she was thinking ahead, so whatever questions arose in our mind, she was there, ready with the answer. She made the whole picture so clear and made us feel safe and confident, so the decision making on our part was much easier. When we found our dream home, she again accompanied us through the many steps for closing the transaction; she facilitated greatly the process for strangers buying in the US. The knowledge, professionalism and nice personality of Brigitte Belanger have been key points in this transaction and, 3 years after, we are still extremely satisfied about the transaction and so happy in our new environment. Brigitte really made the experience wonderful.
