We needed a fast sale and we needed to get the most out of it that we could. Ashley came in for the initial walk through and told us exactly what was needed to get the condo ready to sell and once that was done, we were able to just turn it over to her and she knew exactly what to do. She was a master at putting it on the market and advertising it everywhere. It basically sold in a day. But Ashley knew she had to work around our friends schedule of treatments and was able to explain that to the interested buyers so everyone was happy. Everything went exactly as she said it would go! Ashley was able to answer every question that we or our friend had along the way right down to the closing, which went off without a hitch.
