We were helping our friend sell her condo since we are her POAs and she is dealing with a serious health issue and Ashley never lost sight of what was important to us. We needed a fast sale and we needed to get the most out of it that we could. Ashley came in for the initial walk through and told us exactly what was needed to get the condo ready to sell and once that was done, we were able to just turn it over to her and she knew exactly what to do. She was a master at putting it on the market and advertising it everywhere. It basically sold in a day. But Ashley knew she had to work around our friends schedule of treatments and was able to explain that to the interested buyers so everyone was happy. Everything went exactly as she said it would go! Ashley was able to answer every question that we or our friend had along the way right down to the closing, which went off without a hitch. ZillowVERIFIED AMAZING! Ashley helped me buy a house in May 2024. When a family tragedy occurred, and I needed to sell fast to get back to my family Ashley was on it. I needed to price my house right and get it sold. Ashley scoped out the market and came up with a price I tnought was too high. I was wrong-big time!!! My house sold for $11k over Ashleys recommended asking price and she had us in contract in under 24 hours. She negotiated on our behalf and the contract was written so we sid not have to go back and forth with a lot of paperwork. Ashley went way above and beyond in both transactions I have had with her.
