Nate and Paula never gave up on us in a very, very slow market. Even though it took 4 months to get a good offer, they continued to keep us updated on the market and our property on a weekly basis. Their responses were quick and informative, and when we got our offer they were on top of everything. It is obvious this was not their first rodeo. Since our home was empty, Nate went over weekly to check the house, run the water and flush the toilets, and turned on the lights when there was a showing. Above and beyond.
