Kim is always warm and easy to talk to, but most of all I really appreciate her attentiveness and accessibility. I cant think of a single time I tried to call Kim and she didnt get back to me within a few minutes. She was able to show me homes on short notice and was always there to explain an email or document to me. Shes a true professional and Ill be using her for all future transactions as well.
