Jacob is an absolute professional ! My Wife and I were interested in buying a home in a less populated area, yet upscale and affordable. We were traveling from about 2 hour's away, and my Wife had a list of 5-8 homes we liked. Jacob mapped out the farthest, to the closest to end up near the freeway in the direction of our home. A number of the seller's were not very accommodating, and some flat out never responded to our offer with a counter, but Jacob stayed the coarse and kept talks open with the seller's realtor.
