Review Jacob is an absolute professional ! My Wife and I were interested in buying a home in a less populated area, yet upscale and affordable. We were traveling from about 2 hour's away, and my Wife had a list of 5-8 homes we liked. Jacob mapped out the farthest, to the closest to end up near the freeway in the direction of our home. A number of the seller's were not very accommodating, and some flat out never responded to our offer with a counter, but Jacob stayed the coarse and kept talks open with the seller's realtor. In the end, it paid off !!! The one house we fell in love with, already had a cash offer pending....we were very disappointed ! But, after viewing many more in the following weeks, Jacob called us and said, "... Your dream house cash offer fell through, should I put in the offer...?" WE WERE ECSTATIC !!!! Jacob easily showed us 15-20 homes on the market, spent hours, and day's with us, showed us houses at night even when we were running late !!! Gave us a stove he had since the one in the house was not well cared for, and didn't function to our satisfaction, but we wanted the house so bad that the fault's were few, and the advantages were many !!! Jacob returns text's and calls almost immediately, and the recommended finance team was fast, and honest, and we got a great interest rate too.! Being first-time home buyers, we wanted to ensure we found someone local to the Victorville area. There were good candidates, but John stood out because of reviews like this one. When we first reached out to John, we had many questions, especially since we were moving from out of state.
