Realty One Group Coastal

Lori was my realtor and she was absolutely great to work with during my purchase on James Island. She also helped my mother purchase a home in Summerville. Lori really ensures you are looked out for during the entire process and makes sure you know exactly what to do along the way. Choosing a new home is a massive decision, and Lori was incredibly patient as we looked at multiple properties during my search. I highly recommend her!

I'm a first time home buyer and I didn't know anything about the whole purchasing process. Aaron was guiding me through and was never trying to push me to buy. He always pointed out his concerns when he saw flaws of a property that I didn't see. Furthermore he took the initiative and was able to negotiate $10.000 in seller concessions for me once I decide on a house. Even the lawyer was impressed at closing seeing those numbers. All in all Aaron is very humble, trustworthy and hard working. I value his work.

Aaron was the absolute best agent I have worked with. He was very patient and made sure we understood every step in the process of selling our home. He was very prompt when we reached out with questions. If you are looking for an honest, patient and dependable agent he is your guy Thanks for your professionalism we are forever grateful!

Aaron did an amazing job helping guide us through our first home purchase. Any questions I had he was there with an answer or pointing me to someone who could answer. His referrals and negotiation advice saved us tons as well. His expertise is amazing but he was also fun to tour houses with.

Aaron was an absolutely ideal and amazing realtor. I could not have gone through this process without him. He helped steer me in the right direction and I am very thankful for his guidance and knowledge!
