ZillowVERIFIED At the time I was looking to buy a home (Jan. 2021), it was extremely important to have an agent that was very experienced and knowledgeable about the area. Lori did an outstanding job of learning the type of home I wanted, the price range I could afford, and didnt waste my time with homes she knew I wouldnt be interested in. Homes were typically getting offers in one day, and she contacted me on a Sunday evening because the home I ended up buying just came on the market. We were doing a walk-thru of the home within an hour of her notifying me. Her experience helped to guide me in making an offer, that was accepted over many others that were interested. She continued to assist me throughout the entire process of purchasing, and was able to help me out with communications to the lender and insurance agency due to my extremely busy schedule. I highly recommend Lori to anyone that would prefer to have a relaxing approach to purchasing a home versus the normal stressful process.

She was punctual to meetings and in call and text responses, communicative throughout the process, and promptly sent us any paperwork we needed to sign and took time to explain what each document was for. When looking at houses, she would point out things we may want to consider before making decisions: the workmanship on some finishes, that we should listen in the back yard to see if the ambient noise levels are okay with us, and the like. I dont think we can count the number of times Lori held the end of a tape measure so I could get dimensions of each major room to compare against our checklist of preferences. She never tried to sway us to or away from any house but let us talk through the good and bad to decide if it was the right house for us.When writing offers, we had a discussion about what was normal for the area: price per square foot, concessions, etc, then Lori had us tell her what we want to offer, answering questions as we had them. The mortgage broker and closing attorneys Lori recommended were great; we went from offer being accepted to keys in hand in about 3 weeks without any hiccups! Having a realtor who could lead us to some organized legal folks with equally good communication made the process as low-stress as homebuying can be. Long story short, Lori is fantastic, and you wont regret working with her!
