Realty One Group At The Beach

Our situation involved selling a house in Lincoln City so we could buy a house elsewhere. A very trusted realtor that we had worked with before suggested we talk with Nadine, and that worked out so well! Our experience with Nadine was excellent. She asked for our input where appropriate, but certainly brought her local knowledge and expertise to bear to provide guidance and suggestions. We were selling in a very difficult market. We were riding that difficult balance between "we want a good price" and "we want to sell this house now." Nadine helped us to navigate that. She readily suggested the things we needed to do to make the home as "sell-able" as possible, but also provided balanced guidance as to when she felt we did not have to address a particular item. When something had to be addressed and we did not have a source to get it done, she made recommendations for unaffiliated professionals who could provide those services. These were invaluable. She brought in a great photographer - we thought the photos of our house were terrific. She held multiple open houses for us. She unfailingly provided feedback from those who visited. She was *very* responsive. And I cannot say this enough: she could not have been more patient with our questions and nervousness about external conditions. We found out at some point that Nadine has a very high rating as a buyers' agent, but we want to highly recommend her as a sellers' agent, too.

Nadine is awesome! We were out of town buyers, and when we contacted Nadine and told her what property we were interested in, she was out to the property and had posted a walk around video for us to look at within just an hour or two! She was extremely knowledgeable of the things to look out for in that specific area and made sure that we knew what we needed to do and when and how to do it. She set us up with all the necessary inspections and was able to get all the paperwork done quickly and through email so we didnt have to travel back and forth. We highly recommend giving her a call!

Nadine came highly recommended and we were so happy to have the chance to work with her in finding our new home. She went above and beyond to support our home buying process as we relocated from another state. She takes time to get to know what her clients are looking for.

Nadine was a gem to have as our realtor. She was helpful every step of the way. Finding out answers and getting bids for us, negotiating beautifully. We were coming from out of town and lined up many houses to see over 2 days. She understood what we wanted and didn't waste our time suggesting homes that didn't fit our requirements. Her response was quick and she was thorough with all aspects of our transaction. I love our new place!

Nadine was absolutely incredible. She helped us buy our first house!! Such a wonderful, sweet, kind, helpful individual. She consistently checked in and was there for us every step of the way. Her communication skills were exemplary! There is no one in this county or community that we have enjoyed more as our ally, friend and realtor. Thank you so much Nadine!
