A very trusted realtor that we had worked with before suggested we talk with Nadine, and that worked out so well! Our experience with Nadine was excellent. She asked for our input where appropriate, but certainly brought her local knowledge and expertise to bear to provide guidance and suggestions. We were selling in a very difficult market. We were riding that difficult balance between "we want a good price" and "we want to sell this house now." Nadine helped us to navigate that. She readily suggested the things we needed to do to make the home as "sell-able" as possible, but also provided balanced guidance as to when she felt we did not have to address a particular item. When something had to be addressed and we did not have a source to get it done, she made recommendations for unaffiliated professionals who could provide those services. These were invaluable. She brought in a great photographer - we thought the photos of our house were terrific. She held multiple open houses for us. She unfailingly provided feedback from those who visited. She was *very* responsive. And I cannot say this enough: she could not have been more patient with our questions and nervousness about external conditions. We found out at some point that Nadine has a very high rating as a buyers' agent, but we want to highly recommend her as a sellers' agent, too.

Ive never worked with a realtor that provides the level of customer service that Nadine delivers. I was in search of my dream home. I sent Nadine a list of houses that I was interested in seeing and she lined up every house on the list. She even set up an appointment for a house with incredibly serious issues just because I wanted to see that stunning house. Nadine does not waste your time by being late. She always nailed the times she scheduled. She helped me narrow the list down to one house that fulfilled the biggest part of my dream. I learned as we went along that I could only afford part of my dream and came to peace with that. We submitted an offer on a home that I liked. The next morning, she told me that someone had swooped in with a full price bucket of cash. She wiped the tears from my face and confidently said we would still find something. I went home and kept an eagle eye on Zillow. Then one eveningaEUR|. the price dropped on one house I had taken totally off my list. I jumped on the phone and called Nadine; when prices came down the houses disappeared quickly. We crafted a full price offer and sent it off. After we hung up the wheels in my head screeched to a halt. I could picture someone coming in the next morning with a truckload of cash. I called Nadine back and asked her if she could get the owners to accept it that night. I was hoping that the owners hadnt already gone to bed and that Nadine would wake them up if needed. She called me back a very short time later, saying my offer had been accepted. I had a peaceful nights sleep for the first time in weeks. And sure enough, a truckload of cash pulled in the next morning. I win! Get in line! Nadine was beyond helpful getting the deal closed. She called and prodded many of the arms of the octopus in this deal. She also gave me the words to say to keep the arms moving. She's very thorough and always follows through with everything she says she'll do.We were not from the area where we bought our home, so we had many questions and tasks that we couldn't do ourselves.
