Being out of state we had limited time to accomplish this task. We even pivoted from the original plan and he made the changes in less than a day and arranged other properties to view. As out of state buyers he was extremely helpful in guiding us and even after the purchase he continued to assist us with some renovations that we needed done. Meeting and opening the house to vendors for quotes etc... We were very grateful for all the help he provided us - he is a solid 10 !!!!
