ZillowVERIFIEDI can not recommend Theresa enough. She helped us purchase our first home this year and I will definitely consider her for our future purchases. What I really liked about her was that she did not push us to make quick decisions: she offered her advice when asked, sent information when I asked, and acted as a consistent advocate and coach for her clients. When we were ready to make an offer on a home, we felt confident and knowledgeable because Theresa helped us prepare for every step.

ZillowVERIFIED Teresa Ballentine has been very helpful in assisting us in finding a new house rental. We told her exactly what we were looking for and in what area, and she was able to accommodate us and help us find the perfect home to rent. She was very familiar with the area, and was able to provide us with lots of information and resources. She has also been very helpful in showing us areas for a new future home and providing us with relevant information to help us find the perfect new home for us.. She is honest and proactive, and we look forward to working with her in the future to buy our new home. We are very pleased and happy with the house that Theresa helped us purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED Theresas professionalism was paramount in selling my home. I had renters at the time who were making showing my home very difficult. Theresa went above and beyond to make sure the showings went smoothly with the tenant, while at the same time taking care of my interests. She also never failed to keep me up on how things were going and returned every call within minutes. I have recommended her to several friends who are thinking about selling/purchasing a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We were so lucky to have found Theresa. She helped us initially buy a short sale and kept us informed every step of the way. We later used her to sell that home - in less than two weeks in a dead market. We recommend her to everyone and have full confidence in her.

ZillowVERIFIED I was buying my first home through a VA Loan and Theresa was tremendous. She made everything seem so simple and I loved it that every time I called her she either pick up the phone or called right back. I will definitely use her on my next home purchase.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Theresa's services to secure a property for our son and recently asked her to show us some prospective properties for another family member. I found her overall performance was excellent. She met with us and quickly assessed our needs, secured a listing of relevant properties that met those needs and arranged a viewing of those properties in a very timely fashion. Theresa exhibited a genuine understanding of our needs, demonstrated extreme patience and showed us some excellent options. During the purchase for our son's property, she was very responsive to expediting that process and completing the sale within the narrow time frame we needed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for properties in the Las Vegas area.

ZillowVERIFIED The worst experience ever, my husband and I were to meet her at a property to show at 4:30PM, we arrived about 15 minutes early for her to arrive more than an hour late. Which in the end caused the owner to leave and us unable to see the property. She was a waste of time and would never recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED Theresa is an excellent real estate professional. She had my home sold before they could even post the for sale sign. She has very good insite on what the market is doing and her local knowledge about the real estate market is excellent. Also, she made the closing process easy and it was quick. Thank you Theresa, job well done.

ZillowVERIFIED Theresa was instrumental in me purchasing a new home verses a condo. She gave sent me listings per my requests, but was familiar with the market and encouraged me to look at new. Her personality, knowledge and integrity made the process enjoyable for me. Great person to work with.
