Working with Alan was a fantastic experience! He helped my husband and I purchase our first home several years ago, and while we loved that house, when we were ready for a move this year, we did not even hesitate before calling Alan again. He was always extremely honest with us, and we grew to trust him entirely, as he never steered us wrong! We ended up buying and selling our homes during a global pandemic, which was unchartered territory for everyone. However, Alan handled all of it with professionalism and made sure that we were always in the know about everything going on. He was quick and responsive with any questions we had along the way and always made time for us, no matter what our schedules were. Alan is a home buyers best friend!! He is very knowledgeable and has years of experience that he uses for his clients benefits. He knows the right questions to ask and he wont allow the buyer to aEURoecut corners aEURoe when it comes to repairs.
