ZillowVERIFIED We started working with Alan nearly a year ago slowly looking for the right house and neighborhood for our growing family. We didnt know the south jersey area very well but Alan taught us everything we needed to know and thanks to him it already felt like home before we moved in. He is everything you want in a realtor. Very responsive and easy to get in touch with. His availability to show a home is speedy and at your convenience. This is our second home buying experience and he made it completely enjoyable and memorable, unlike the first. The team he recommends from the mortgage co to a lawyer to handle closing needs was a complete dream team! P.s we closed during a pandemic and Alan was still There for us...6ft away of course! Highly recommend!!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Alan was a fantastic experience! He helped my husband and I purchase our first home several years ago, and while we loved that house, when we were ready for a move this year, we did not even hesitate before calling Alan again. He was always extremely honest with us, and we grew to trust him entirely, as he never steered us wrong! We ended up buying and selling our homes during a global pandemic, which was unchartered territory for everyone. However, Alan handled all of it with professionalism and made sure that we were always in the know about everything going on. He was quick and responsive with any questions we had along the way and always made time for us, no matter what our schedules were. Not to mention, we had lots of laughs with him and overall just enjoyed the time we worked together. We would recommend him over and over again!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Alan is the best realtor around in S. Jersey, He helped me purchase a home. He was very kind, patient and right there with me. He knew exactly what I was looking for and gave me all his best. Other realtors told me to forget about the deals. Alan never gave up. He loved a good challenge. I highly recommend him for your transactions, he is truly the best around.

ZillowVERIFIED Alan was so much help when we decided to buy a shore home in Margate, NJ. He was able to turn everything around so quickly so that we could close within 3 weeks of our offer being accepted. He helped with all of the details from legal counsel, home inspection, reparation for items that had to be fixed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Alan!

ZillowVERIFIED We had such a wonderful home buying experience with Alan. He is so personable and easy to talk to, answered all of our questions, and totally understood what we were looking for. He fought hard in the negotiation process to help up snag the house we loved! Then he was with us every step of the way through inspections, appraisal, and other processes until closing, answering our questions and keeping us on schedule. Alan was extremely responsive to our calls and emails, and helped us see houses quickly and conveniently, which is so important in a hot market. We highly recommend Alan!

ZillowVERIFIED "One year before I bought my house I called Alan about my desire of buying a house in the near future. As a first time home buyer I was not familiar with the process and did not know what I needed in terms of credit, income, etc. Alan explained to me everything I needed to know, even thought I was not going to buy a house at that very moment. He recommended a mortgage company and also explained about how to search for the right house. Well, one year passed I contacted Alan again, this time ready to buy. He was awesome! Very diligent and patient. I could not have asked for more. I felt like he was putting himself on my shoes. He brought his flashlight with him when showing me houses, and pointed out at important details I should be looking for. He also made the mortgage process a lot easier, and the closing was so fast, less than an hour, I could not believe it. The whole team (Oak Mortgage and Infinity Title Agency) Alan recommended was great. If I have to buy or sell a house I would use his services again. Thank you very much Alan!!"
