Realty Hub

Vickie was helpful in every possible way during the sale of our home and the purchase of our new one. She always got back to us promptly when we called if she was unable to take the call initially and we had great communication by text and email as well. She is very professional yet relaxed. It was pleasure to deal with her.

I highly recommend Vickie Smith for your real estate needs. Vickie is a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of Tradition and a very calming demeanor. It was such a pleasure working with Vickie when she sold my home! What a smooth transaction it was!

My experience with Vickie Smith could not be more positive! She is a very capable agent who takes care of her clients, not just during a transaction, but after the purchase is complete as well. Since I was not able to be present in the area throughout the purchasing process, I had to rely on Vickie to take care of everything. And she could not possibly do a better job than she did! I also love her low-key, understated style that is free from any hype and hard-sell tactics. A very nice and easy person to work with!

Vickie is an excellent real estate agent. The professional yet comfortable way she worked with us was wonderful. Her knowledge and expertise in real estate is magnificent. Vickie went above and beyond her duties as an agent. We were moving from another state and Vickie kept us informed every step of the way. She even did the walk through sent us pictures. Our experience with Vickie during this process was superb. She is truly a professional, has great knowledge and enjoys her work as an agent.

This is the second time I have used Vickie for buying a house and the first time for selling home. I called her immediately when I decided to search for a new home because she is very helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
