ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Vickie Smith could not be more positive! She is a very capable agent who takes care of her clients, not just during a transaction, but after the purchase is complete as well. Since I was not able to be present in the area throughout the purchasing process, I had to rely on Vickie to take care of everything. And she could not possibly do a better job than she did! I also love her low-key, understated style that is free from any hype and hard-sell tactics. A very nice and easy person to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED Vickie Smith handled the sale of our home with professionalism and timeliness. Selling a property and not living in the area is challenging. Vickie served as our eyes and ears. She coordinated so much more than just showing the property. Vickie is a joy to work with and I couldn't recommend her more highly if you are looking for someone to handle your sale.

ZillowVERIFIED We were moving from out of town and had been researching houses on Zillow for about 6 months. Though we knew what we want we did not know the best agent to contact to help us with the next step. I sent out several emails and within an hour Vickie had contacted us to discuss our "wish list". Several days before our arrival, Vickie sent a list of homes for us to consider. What a pleasant surprise to find that all the properties we had been looking at were on her list. We knew we had selected the right person. Vickie was very helpful through the whole process, answering all our questions and returning phone calls/texts/emails quickly. Very professional with a touch of humor. Thank you, Vickie. We love our new house.

ZillowVERIFIED Vickie Smith represented me in the recent sale of my home in Tradition, Port St. Lucie. The sale was court ordered as a result of a divorce and I was living in CA. Vickie was personable, honest and communicated exceptionally well which was a challenge under the circumstance. Also, Vickie was hardworking, knowledgeable, tech savvy, familiar with the local market and has a positive attitude. I was very pleased to have worked with Vickie and highly recommend her as your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Vickie was recommended by Jim Godino the block captain of Pembroke Drive. Based on this recommendation and comments from neighbors we selected Vickie to represent us with confidence and realistic expectations. After much assistance by both Jim and Vickie in preparing our home for presentation our expectations were overwhelmingly exceeded and our home sold in VERY short order. It is beyond comprehension & imagination that a more efficient, knowledgeable and professional effort & result could have been affected. Vickie provided Marichu & I with EXCEPTIONAL support & service. THANK YOU Vickie. Sincerely, Marichu & Pete Lombardo

ZillowVERIFIED Very knowledgeable and professional. Vickie knew the market demographics very well and had a history of home sales and rental rates for existing properties in our development and in our sub-division. She gave honest impressions of all potential renters and was also very helpful with recommendations for service folks to come in and help prepare the home for walk through by her clientele. Was very particular who she showed the property to and was instrumental in the final selection of the eventual leasing party. Within two weeks of contacting Vickie to help us lease our rental unit, she had found us several prospective renters who have turned out to be the best we have had since we have owned the property.

ZillowVERIFIED We chose Vickie to list our home in Port St. Lucie because she lives in the area and has years of experience and knowledge of the housing market here. She gave us helpful advice regarding the listing price, held open houses and marketed the property until it was sold. She helped us through the negotiation process and helped us close the deal to our satisfaction. 2 years later we were back in the area and went to Vickie to help us find our next home in the Vero Beach area. Again Vickie helped us find the right home and worked with us throughout the building process of our new home. She even found a short term rental for us while we waited for our home's completion. We would recommend Vickie to anyone looking to buy a new or resale home in this market
