Maria Mitchell is a consummate professional. She came highly recommended and from our first meeting she shared her expertise and high level of knowledge in selling homes. She provided tips and suggestions on how to get my home ready to sell. She shared staging and showing tips. She uses an excellent professional photographer and has top notch marketing materials. She is a great communicator and always available. She is very responsive to text, email and phone questions. With her experience she told me what to expect each step of the way, providing detailed timelines and activities I needed to complete. She anticipated and brought to resolution any problems encountered. Even after the sale, she is still sending reminders of things I need to do or follow up on. I would recommend Maria to anyone looking for a top notch realtor.

Meredith and her team were a joy to work with, their skill, expertise and response time were excellent. They provided valuable assistance at every step in helping us to sell our home in record time for the price we wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend Meredith for buying or selling a home. Great experience all round.

I loved working with Maria. I'm a first-time home buyer and she was super patient with me and explained everything any time I had a question. I loved that she's from St. Pete and knows the area through and through. We endedd up getting a house that was exactly the specs I was wanting at the price I wanted too. I would recommend working with Maria!
