Each time I traveled to Florida Jason arranged showings for me working around my limited availability, sometimes with very little notice of my arrival. Patient and very easy to work with he let my process run its course without ever pushing. He could not have made this experience any easier for me then he did. The pandemic hit the US right after I entered into contract on a property. I could not travel, Jason made himself available to be there for the home inspection, helped me negotiate repairs and credits from the seller, and kept everything moving towards closing. I highly recommend Jason for any buyer or seller looking for someone that will promptly respond to all of your inquiries, and go above and beyond the typical expectations of realtors.

ZillowVERIFIED Jason was great! He was always easy to get a hold. Always worked around our busy schedules and met with us many late evenings to look at homes. Also his entire team is great. On the rare occasion that he couldn't make it to a house we wanted to look at one of his associates would met us and they were just as great as he was! He was very knowledgeable and answer many questions I had right on the spot. And if he didn't know the answer he knew someone that did. Jason help us with the purchase of our new home and the relationship we built with him during that process I chose him to sell our current home. We were under contract within a week! I have been recommending Jason to anyone I see that is looking to buy or sell. I am not planning on moving anytime soon....but if I ever do again Jason hands down will be the first person I will be calling!

ZillowVERIFIED We don't normally give 5 star reviews, but in this case it was definitely earned and certainly appropriate. Jason was wonderful!! Not once did we feel pressured or put off. Jason was so friendly and responsive to all of our requests and needs. Several problems came up from the processor and appraisal, but because of his diligence, we were able to close on time. Additionally we were using a VA loan which is generally much more complicated. He made it seem easy. Great experience. Would wholeheartedly recommend him to everyone. Especially those with military status that are considering using a VA loan.
