My wife and I had one weekend in Manhattan to find a home for our family for an out of state move. Lisa was recommended to us through my new employer. Lisa was unbelievably helpful, professional and kind from the initial coordination of our house-hunting trip through to closing and beyond. She was prompt in answering questions about houses we found online prior to our visit and showed us many excellent homes during a packed day and a half of showings. She fielded all our demands, questions and anxieties graciously and efficiently, and she made us feel at ease about finding a home in an unfamiliar market. After closing, Lisa went far beyond what we could have expected. She helped us coordinate access to the house for tradesman to work prior to our arrival. She checked on the house during this period to keep us up to date on the progress, and helped us generally with the transition all the way until move-in day. Lisa was really a blessing for our move, and we will be recommending her enthusiastically to anyone looking to buy or sell in the future.
