ZillowVERIFIEDWith Lisa's guidance, our home buying journey felt hopeful and exciting throughout the experience. Her expertise brought comfort and ease to what can be an otherwise overwhelming task. She genuinely cares about helping people find the right home for them. Lisa was exactly who we needed.
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was always quick to respond (including after hours and on weekends), thorough in her explanations, and she truly had our best interests at heart. She made the entire process seamless and stress free. Closing was a breeze!! We highly recommend Lisa.
ZillowVERIFIEDAs first-time homebuyers, we had zero idea where to start or how the housing market worked. But Lisa provided excellent professional guidance throughout our home-buying journey. Lisa is very friendly, honest and patient. She was never pushy and always made sure we felt comfortable and confident in our choices. She was incredibly easy to talk to and always there for us, answering our questions via emails, texts and phone calls any time of the day. Her deep knowledge, experience of the market and her sincere, upfront advice truly helped us make the right decisions. We are so grateful for her help and would 100% recommend Lisa to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa came highly recommended by a colleague who was familiar with her quality work, and now I understand why. Lisa is easy to meet, easy to talk with, she is an excellent listener, and was more than willing to work with me even though I lived out of state. Based on my preferences, she sent links to properties for me to consider. Clearly, she knows the Manhattan region very well, and is familiar with the various neighborhoods. Finding the right home, making an offer, negotiating the details, and preparing for closing were all done in a very timely manner, and professionally. But her efforts did not stop once I closed on the property. Still working out of state, she was a wealth of knowledge when it came to contracting for lawn care, renovations, and new flooring, helped me connect with contractors, made sure each had controlled access to the property in my absence, and that the house was locked and secured afterwards. You will not find a more dedicated soul when it comes to purchasing a home in Manhattan, KS.
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa, did a very good job in our house hunting. She new very well the local real state market and communicate very well with us. She was very patient and friendly with us and help us to find the best inspectors and negotiate all what we asked to fix in the house before the closing.
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa was friendly, knowledgable, and very responsive to our requests. She answered all our small and large questions and quickly sought answers to our quirky ones. She was amazingly patient and never pushy. She made sure to understand OUR needs in a home and advise us on when and how to make a competitive offer in this seller's market. Our experience could not have been better!
ZillowVERIFIEDHighly recommend working with Lisa if you need a realtor in the Manhattan KS area. She is extraordinarily professional and worked with us on two seperate property transactions - a purchase in 2021 and sale in 2025. Easily the best real estate professional I've worked with having moved ten times.
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa was fantastic! She was easy to work with and was able to balance what our wants were and any advice that was needed. She was attentive to what type of house we wanted and negotiated with the seller so the ease. She knows the area and made it easy buy sight unseen and has even offered assistance past the sell. Highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDHighly recommend Lisa! As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions. She took the time to answer all of them and made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the home buying process. We found one we loved and had a very quick turn around. She was on top of everything and was great at communicating with us and everyone involved. She helped make this a nice smooth process and we couldn't be happier in our new home! We plan to be in our house a long time, but if anything changes we will definitely be going through Lisa again and highly recommend her to anyone!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had an amazing experience working with Lisa to sell our home. From day one, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. Lisa guided us through every step of the process, from preparing the home for listing to negotiating the final offer with confidence and expertise. She brought in a great photographer, helped us price the home just right, and marketed it effectively to get strong interest right away. We ended up with multiple offers and were under contract in no time. Lisa handled every detail with care and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. She even brought shoe booties to our home for guests to wear while touring since we have small children that are crawling around on the floor. We truly felt like she had our best interests at heart. If youre looking for a hardworking, trustworthy, and skilled realtor, we highly recommend Lisa!

ZillowVERIFIEDLisa was an outstanding realtor for our move to Manhattan, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Her exceptional skills include her ability to truly listen and understand clients, her meticulous attention to detail, and her prompt and thorough communication. She made purchasing a home from out of state feel effortless. We were relocating from across the country, and after researching highly-rated realtors in the area, Lisa's impressive reviews led me to contact her first. From our initial conversation, I knew she was the right choice for us. Lisa attentively listened to our needs, from our primary requirements to the finer details when viewing homes. ZillowVERIFIEDLisa is an incredible realtor! We moved from El Paso and had to find a home before we could make the move. She was an invaluable asset who taught about the area, types of homes, and the Kansas-centric home buying experience. She took the stress out of purchasing a home from out of state. Outstanding realtor, wealth of knowledge, and unmatched experience in the area! Definitely recommend!!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDOur experiences with Lisa include the purchase of one home, and the sales of two homes. We are return clients of Lisa's with good reason: each transaction, from preparation to completion, was concise and business-like. Lisa truly knows the real estate business. We have relied on her knowledge and real estate acumen and therefore, working with Lisa has been worthwhile from both a seller's and a buyer's standpoint. In addition to the above, Lisa is a positive, cheerful realtor who is very easy to work with.
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa has helped us through two home purchases in the last 7 years. The first was when we emigrated to the USA which meant extra effort on her part to correspond with us whilst we were still abroad. In the time between then and our most current home purchase, Lisa has always been willing to answer our questions and set up viewings even though we were not set on moving but rather just curious and exploring our options. She was always willing to foster our relationship despite no guaranteed move being on the cards. Our most recent experience with her succumbed all our expectations. We saw a home we loved but many things needed to fall into place including getting our home ready for market and selling the house before we could purchase our dream home. She was seamless and worked tirelessly to ensure we successfully and quickly sold our house for a good price and was able to work to secure our dream home. You cannot go wrong choosing Lisa as your realtor. There is no job too big or too small for her! Thank you Lisa

ZillowVERIFIEDLisa helped us as we made the move to Manhattan from Indiana. Top notch are just two words to describe her knowledge of the area and her care to get us into a home. At the time, it was very much a sellers market, and Lisa fought many behind the scenes battles on our behalf. We are grateful she was recommended to us, but also grateful that she cares about the people and not just the sale. Thankful for her help, thoughtfulness, and friendship!
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa was fantastic!! I was moving from out of state with little knowledge of the market here. Lisa was always responsive to my texts and would set up appointments that worked around my work schedule. She was a great resource and helped me find the most amazing house. ZillowVERIFIEDLisa was very good to work with. She communicated very well and helped every step of the way. We could send her a text or an email and she always got back to us right away. She knows the market and the area very well.
ZillowVERIFIEDLisa was hands down the best choice for me as a first time home buyer. I consider myself very thorough and probably asked a handful too many questions, but she always answered candidly and without reproach. If/when it comes time to sell my home I would reach out to Lisa without hesitation. She worked with me on all 11 homes we viewed and when it came time to actually place an offer down, she was patient and talked me through what I should and shouldnt ask for on a contract. It made an extremely stressful process much more bearable. 10 out of 10 I recommend Lisa to any home buyer in the Manhattan area.

Nothing but amazing things to say about Lisa. If you want an honest, hard working, and caring realtor she is just that!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were looking for a second home in Manhattan. I contacted Lisa because she was the agent listed on the home we were interested in. Before contacting her, I looked up her resume and liked what it said. Lisa is a K-State Graduate, has lived in Manhattan most of her life, knowledgeable of the Manhattan area and will help find you a home that you will love. I emailed Lisa and within the next couple of hours she emailed me back. As she was asking me questions about what we were looking for, I really appreciate a question she had Can you be patient or do you need a home right now? That question told me she honestly cared about finding us a home we would love. Lisa was professional and prompt during the entire process of buying a home (of course we mixed in a few laughs and fun along the way.) If a home came on the market and we were interested in seeing it, she would get right on setting up an appointment. Do not hesitate to contact Lisa. We couldnt be happier with her service. We definitely consider her a new friend. And yes..she found us a home we love! G&T Penny

I?d definitely recommend and trust Lisa to find or sell property.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe just experienced the most enjoyable, professionally directed home-buying experience that we have ever had after having moved several times in our lifetime. Lisa epitomized the traits of working hard and listening, which are the most important traits of salespeople, in our view. She was knowledgeable, patient, always eager to help, transparent, thoughtful of our wishes, and again, professional. As a Manhattan native, she seemingly knows everyone and certainly knows the local market and its history. We will highly recommend Lisa to all of our friends!

ZillowVERIFIEDLisa was great to work with. She always seems to be available (evenings, weekends, etc.). She is very knowledgeable about the local market and worked very hard to get to know me and what kind of home I would be interested in. She never showed or recommended anything that she knew I wouldnt like. She knew me so well in fact that when we viewed the home I ultimately purchases, she said I think we found it.. She was right!
