This realty group is misleading and deceptive. On Tuesday July 29th, my boyfriend and I applied for a listing and were clear we needed a place by the first because our old lease was up and we needed to move. On Wednesday July 30th MY realtor called that the application was approved and they were drafting a lease that would be ready the following day to sign and move in on the 1st. The very next day Thursday evening, my realtor called they they needed to get an inspection done with the town and that it would be delayed a week and we agreed to wait and booked a hotel for a week and asked to please have the lease sent over so we can sign. Then on the last day of the month mid afternoon July 31st, they came back and backed out of the entire thing saying they didnt want to rush, leaving us no where to go and wasting our time we couldve been looking for another place. Fast forward 3 days later while still searching for a new place to live, the exact same listing listed for 250 MORE than it was accepted at when we applied and were accepted. Greedy landlords and greedy realtor. We had attempted to reach out to this realty group as well and once we got a hold of someone and we inquired what happened they just ghosted us and never responded. I would NEVER use them to search for housing. There is no integrity or pride in their work, just greed.

This is my second time going with Andrea and Paul and just like the first time they were exceptional agents!!! They go above and beyond to help you whether you are a buyer or seller. They take the time to answer all your questions and are available at any time. If you're looking for a real estate agent look no further. I can guarantee you will not regret it!!!

Andrea was the perfect Real Estate Agent to sell my townhouse. She was fast to get to my place to get to know me and put it on the market as soon as I was ready. She never rushed me. We already knew who the buyer was after the first open house. She help me pick the right buyer at the right price. I closed in approximately four weeks. I got such a good price for my townhouse. Also want mention that I had moved out of the townhouse and she did a lot of favors for me for out of the kindness of a heart. I know I couldnt have done any better without Andreas help.
