ZillowVERIFIEDThis realty group is misleading and deceptive. On Tuesday July 29th, my boyfriend and I applied for a listing and were clear we needed a place by the first because our old lease was up and we needed to move. On Wednesday July 30th MY realtor called that the application was approved and they were drafting a lease that would be ready the following day to sign and move in on the 1st. The very next day Thursday evening, my realtor called they they needed to get an inspection done with the town and that it would be delayed a week and we agreed to wait and booked a hotel for a week and asked to please have the lease sent over so we can sign. Then on the last day of the month mid afternoon July 31st, they came back and backed out of the entire thing saying they didnt want to rush, leaving us no where to go and wasting our time we couldve been looking for another place. Fast forward 3 days later while still searching for a new place to live, the exact same listing listed for 250 MORE than it was accepted at when we applied and were accepted. Greedy landlords and greedy realtor. We had attempted to reach out to this realty group as well and once we got a hold of someone and we inquired what happened they just ghosted us and never responded. I would NEVER use them to search for housing. There is no integrity or pride in their work, just greed.
