Realty Executives of Kansas City

Excellent communication, always available to answer questions and keep us informed on every detail. Excellent advice getting us ready to list. Went above and beyond countless times, making the entire process as simple and clear as possible. Will definitely call Breanna for any future realty needs

Breanna was professional patient and truly listened to our needs. She guided us every step of the way and answered questions promptly and made the process stress-free. We couldn't be happier with our new home and highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.

Breanna was truly incredible through what could have been an extremely stressful home buying and selling experience. From the very beginning, she was kind, steady, and completely in our corner. She handled some very tough negotiations with confidence and skill, always making sure our best interests were protected. When inspection issues came up with the home we were buying, Breanna never once made us feel overwhelmed. She walked us through every concern, explained our options clearly, and advocated fiercely on our behalf. On top of all that, we were under a serious closing crunch that fell over two holidays aEUR" and somehow she kept everything moving, stayed responsive, and made us feel like we were her top priority the entire time. She also worked incredibly hard to get our home sold in record time, which made everything else possible. Her dedication, communication, and genuine care for us as clients meant more than we can put into words. We always felt supported, protected, and informed. If you want a realtor who will work tirelessly for you, especially when things get complicated, I cannot recommend Breanna and the team at White Birch Realty highly enough.

We absolutely loved working with Breanna!! She is truly amazing at what she does, and we feel so lucky to have had her help us through the buying and selling process. She always worked around our schedules, was there whenever we needed her, and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions (and trust me, we had A LOT!). Her communication is amazing, and she always kept us informed every step of the way. She made the entire process so much easier and less stressful, and we always felt like she genuinely cared about our family. We couldnt recommend her enough to anyone buying or selling!
