When we found the house we wanted to buy over a holiday weekend, Breanna took the time to write up an offer and get us the house of our dreams! She always tried to make herself available to us when we had questions or needed assistance. She walked through the house we were selling and helped give us pointers on what we should spend our time and money on, and what we shouldn't. This was extremely helpful! She was encouraging and positive and always had our best interests in mind. Breanna referred us to NPI inspectors for the inspection process on our new home we purchased. They were very thorough, timely with their report, and explained in detail all findings. I am not an expert on the housing market, in inspections/appraisals, or home loans. I also have a very busy work schedule. Despite that, Breanna was able to walk me through the whole process and explain to me in plain language the documents we were looking at, which was much appreciated.
