John did an exceptional job in his work for us finding and purchasing a home. Reliably easy to get in touch with, extremely knowledgeable and competent in his work, and a friendly, honest good fellow to boot.

John did an amazing job helping us buy a home. He was helpful throughout the process answering all our questions thoroughly & thoughfully. He made sure we remembered key dates & that we completed all the documentation in time. He was always extremely quick to respond & recommended an excellent home inspector.

**Highly Recommend John!** Working with John was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and quickly understood exactly what would be a good fit for us. He was patient, knowledgeable, and did a great job of narrowing down the choices so we werent wasting time looking at properties that didnt meet our needs. John made the entire home-buying experience easy, enjoyable, and stress-free. He truly went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a home in Northeast Pennsylvania. Thanks for all your help, JohnaEUR"we really appreciate everything you did for us. Paul & Kris

From day 1, John worked so hard to find us the place we were searching for. He kept us up to date on price changes and sent homes he knew we would love. He was so patient when I wanted to see houses all over the place and always made sure he knew details of the area to share with us. He knows so much about the area we bought in but also made sure to find out details from other areas. He is kind and smart and friendly and just all in all a genuinely good human being. It was the best experience weve ever had with a real estate agent and felt supported every step of the way.

John went above and beyond to get us in this house. Any questions were asked and answered. He took his time to explain the entire process and was a tremendous help. My son Sean can be a lil tough to deal with sometimes. John explained everything in detail so we understood. I have highly recommended him to friends and family. Thanks so much again John!!! You rock!!!
