ZillowVERIFIED John Eaton is an amazing realtor. Finding a nice house in my price range was not going to be easy ! we searched together high and low all over Pike County. He even drove to homes and took videos of inside the houses when I couldn't go because of work , so I wouldn't miss out on anything great. John went above and beyond to make sure once I found my home, the deal was going to be set in stone and my closing on time, he met my inspector there to make sure everything that needed to be fixed was fixed. His communication skills were outstanding working with my mortgage broker and also guided me on getting started in my new home with the cable company and Electric Company. You're not going to find a more hard-working realtor then John Eaton.

ZillowVERIFIED John has whole lot of patience! Between deals that fell because of the sellers to taking us out to over 20+ properties. We ended up with a old 200+ year old home with lots of character plus 6+ arces. This is our third home purchase and with the banks are today more and more red tape this deal got done with time and patience. He was able to smooch down sellers from pulling out of this deal. Plus what a gentleman. Polite. well spoken and no nonsense. This all this Brooklyn guy wanted thru the process. Thank you John. The kids, The dogs and The wife are very happy!
