Realty Executives Elite

My buying experience with Dave was AMAZING! Dave took the time to really find me and my girlfriend our perfect home. Dave was very patient and knowledgeable. He pointed out numerous things that could possibly be issues I wouldve missed on a house during the buying process. Day or night, Dave was there to answer questions and find us perspective houses to view. Were very happy with our experience with Realty Executives and Dave

My husband and I recently bought our first home and having Dave as our realtor was an absolute game changer in our journey. He made our experience so much fun and showed that he cared about us as individuals and not just a sale. His knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and drive to find us the right home gave us so much confidence every step of the way. He was always available when we needed him and took the time to thoroughly inspect each house we looked at teaching us what to look for as we continued through the process. The first house we put an offer on was not accepted and he asked if we wanted to chat even though it was a little later at night on a weekend. That really stood out to me and showed that he cared. We were starting to feel a little discouraged until we found a house my husband and I both really liked. Dave made an appointment to see the house that same day and by the end of the night we had an accepted offer. We went in hoping for the best, preparing for the worst, and saying lots of prayers but knew if anyone could make it happen its Dave. He worked with the other agent, knew all the right moves to make and got it done for us. We are so grateful for his expertise, patience with us, responsiveness, and support through the whole process. We will definitely be using him for any future needs and highly recommend him to all of our friends, family, and anyone who is considering working with him.
