ZillowVERIFIED The reason we chose Dave for our complex situation is because he was one of the top rated realtors in SE Wisconsin, and did he live up to the rating..We needed to sell a house in one county, sell a condo in another county and strategize how it would all pan out when it came to buying a home to join households in. When I first saw the home we ultimately chose for our forever home, I fell in love with it! We hadnt even listed either of our prior residences yet, and it was a far cry for a dream. Dave not only quickly got us in for viewing, but came up with a great plan for being in the running to hopefully be chosen among many offers with the added hardship of contingency. We got the accepted offer! Not only did Dave assist us with guidance on which property to list first, he offered his advise from experience on minor, affordable changes that would make the condo more attractive to buyers. It sold! Next was my little ole country remodeled home to sell..in the process of that, he again was a wealth of knowledge and went above and beyond to strategically plan everything down to the details of when to list, how much to ask for it, how to draw attention to it, and it was a very successful opener! We had multiple competing offers within 72 hours of listing. We ran into a speed bump along the way during inspection, due to a 2x prior owner not pulling a permit for something major. We were all in the dark about this until it came time for inspection prior to closing. It was a huge curveball that hit us, which could have ended the entire deal and potentially could have costed over $30k to reconcile. Dave kept his cool the entire time, and his demeanor is what kept me on task when it came to dealing with how to proceed. He provided guidance and encouraging words throughout the entire process. We ultimately ended up with the county agreeing to not pursue changes, and the new owner happy with our negotiation (as well as myself). We still came out above our initial goal for something that could have devastated us. Dave was open, direct and honest with us throughout the process. He also did things no other realtor would have done to help make this daunting multitude of tasks successful. We now have two sold properties, and one new joined family home to raise our kids in, that is also very accommodating of us entertaining family for holidays. I remember seeing aEURoethe perfect place for a treehouse, the best space to have family meals and movie nights, and a driveway long enough to teach our baby how to safely ride his bikeaEUR?, thinking there was no possible way to turn that into a reality. Thanks to Daves patience, dedication, attention to detail, experience, communication and everything else (too many great qualities to mention), we are in that dream home raising our family and making so many happy memories! I highly recommend Dave to anyone, hes truly the best at his craft!

ZillowVERIFIED I have never felt more compelled to leave a review and for it to be on something so important as a first home I wish I could leave more stars. The list of reasons why I would recommend Dave is long but he was honest about the market and that it would be better to wait in my position. However, he never let up, showed me anything I wanted to see and made sure I was seeing all the listings filtered to my needs as soon as they were on the market. At a time I thought I wouldnt find something he helped me not only get exactly what I wanted but at price I didnt think I could see in this market (saw it and had offer accpepted in under 48hrs). He was excellent at helping me understand the market as a first timer and at helping me formulate an initial offer and terms to close. All favorable for me I believe. The whole process in such a volatile time was unbelievably painless. But maybe the best thing about Dave is his previous experience flipping homes and his incredibly extensive knowledge of home construction, remodeling, and his immediate answers of what needs to be done and how well previous work was done. I did my own research so I knew that he was being truthful but even had I went in with zero knowledge, Dave had enough knowledge to make me feel comfortable making the purchase and even gave tips on what I might need to when I decide to remodel. He was also quick to tell me when a home was not right and the opposite of pushy. I really would recommend Dave to anyone and I honestly say if you do not go with Dave you are selling yourself short by missing out on one of the most knowledgeable, patient, and forthright agents in the area.
