Realty Executives Arizona Territory

Tim helped us get into our dream home and somehow survived the chaos with us. He was patient, honest, easy to talk to, and always made us feel like we had someone genuinely in our corner. At different points he became realtor, friend, and somehow also aEURoethe guy who knows a guyaEUR? for literally everything. Theres a reason why hes basically Sierra Morados favorite realtor. What really stands out is how much he genuinely cares. He supports local businesses, never makes you feel pressured, and truly works for you. Buying a home can be stressful and emotional, but Tim made us feel supported every step of the way. Were so grateful he helped us land our dream home. If you want someone knowledgeable, connected, patient, and genuinely good at what he does aEUR" call Tim!

Tim was awesome to work with. He was incredibly thorough during the whole process and was quick to respond/answer all of our questions. When cloning technology becomes available, Tim should be the model cloned for all future realtors!

Tim really listened to my instructions and was such an effective advocate that my offer was accepted by the Seller. Tim responded promptly to my requests. He drove over three hours round trip to the home I purchased in the outskirts of Pima County to take videos for me of the condition of the home I bought on the day of Closing since I was out of town and could not inspect myself.

We highly recommend Tim! He has expertly guided us through multiple property purchases over nearly a decade. His extensive knowledge and dedication have consistently ensured we found the right properties. He has gone above and beyond in his service, making the process seamless and rewarding. We look forward to continuing our partnership with him for future real estate endeavors.

Tim and Andrea were 10 out of 5 star real estate agents for the sale of our Tucson home in Sierra Morado neighborhood. We had an expedited timeline of selling our home due to a job relocation and they were absolute lifelines for us. Everything surrounding our real estate experience was exceptional. They set a new gold standard for real estate expertise.
