Pam and George Beitzel did an excellent job helping us buy our house in Prescott, AZ. They have strong local knowledge, are very responsive, listen well, and differentiate between the important issues and those that are less critical and easily remedied. We had a difficult issue with the seller who did not make some of the repairs that they were obligated to by our contract. Pam and George navigated this situation with aplomb and helped us arrive to a good outcome. They also went above and beyond in making our out-of-state move go as smoothly as possible. We were very happy that Pam and George represented us and highly recommend them! They are good people and a class act.

Pam is a GREAT realtor. She was very patient with us during the sale of our house when it threw challenges her way. And with her help, we got it done. Used Jack for two lot purchases (and a home in 2018) and they couldnt be smoother. Thank you Jack so much! Now we need to get started on house plans for these lots. Someday when we wish to sell our properties, we will definitely use Jack.

Highly recommend working with Mindy Huffer especially if you are moving from out of state. We were completely new to the area and Mindy gave us a great tour of all the different areas and got us into houses last minute. She continued to send us videos of properties that she personally viewed for us, attended the inspection and connected us via phone, and followed through via text, phone calls and emails on every last detail. She is personable as well as professional and was available at odd hours since we were on different time zones. She listened to our needs and desires and guided us to our perfect home!
