I cannot say enough good things about Sofia and our experience with her and the purchase of our home. From the beginning to the end of the process, she has been available, responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive as we worked through all of the steps toward ownership. And, after the closing she helped us locate the people we needed to engage for appliance service and replacement, carpet cleaning, etc., and even provided information about what we should expect in our new community and town. We are not only moving forward into a new house, we feel we've also made a lifetime friend.

Working with Sofia was an incredible experience. As first-time homebuyers, her expertise was invaluableaEUR"she consistently brought up important factors to consider that were off our radar. She was dedicated to getting us everything we needed and secured the best deal possible. Highly recommended!

Sofia was thorough, instructional and very competent throughout the whole home buying process. She found homes that had not been listed yet we were able to tour. Sofia went out of her way to make time for us both when we came to visit and when we unexpectedly found a home to make an offer on within 24 hours of arriving in town. She stayed up late that night to get that process handled for us with one spouse in town and one remotely. She advised us on a fair price to offer and we had no trouble getting an acceptance and closing in three weeks. When the AC was out the day we closed, she sent someone within 3 hours who fixed this for us. We could not be happier with the process and our new home.

Sofia did an amazing job with the sale of our home and helping us purchase a new home. Her communication was consistent, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. Sofia's marketing of the home and her knowledge of the area were outstanding.

Sofia did a great job. She had comps and a market analysis ready to go at our first meeting. She knew the market and suggested a good plan. Thank you very much.
