ZillowVERIFIED Sofia was amazing from start to finish. She helped us sell my parents' home and lent a hand at every step of the process. For some context, my parents had a reverse mortgage and had just installed an expensive solar system (not actually a good thing when you're about to sell!), so our choice of a realtor was crucial. During the time that the home was prepped for sale, put on the market, and throughout the contract period, my parents were in a hospital, then a skilled nursing facility, then finally we helped them move to an assisted living facility in another state. During that time, when we had no spare time, Sofia was helping us prep and sell their home. Sofia's recommendations on sales price, what to clean, what to repair, and how to best stage the home were on target. Once up for sale, her online photography and ad text were extraordinarily well done, and we had two offers in the first week. Perhaps more importantly, once the home was under contract, the buyer requested to switch lenders for a better rate, but as the original closing date approached, the buyer learned that they weren't approved for the loan. Sofia knew of a number of other lenders that understood how retirees' finances worked and, working with the buyers' realtor, was able to facilitate a new loan for the buyers. Although I haven't included all of the complexities of the sales process here, Sofia was responsive throughout the months that we worked with her, and she kept us up to speed with every part of the process. She was recommended to us by a neighbor (who also sold their home quickly) - I am so thankful for their recommendation and that we elected to work with her.
