Realty Exchange, LLC

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with on the sale of our house. She was knowledgeable of the market and made suggestions to help with the sale. She kept us well informed thru the whole process.

Jennifer was recommended to us by another top realtor in a neighboring city for our single family home search in Palm Coast. She did not disappoint! She arranged showings for every house on our list as soon as we arrived in town, even advancing the schedule by one day when she had an unexpected opening in her calendar. But when we found our house is when she really shined even more brightly. We followed her advice to the letter on the terms of our offer while we were competing against another prospective buyer. When our offer was accepted, I told her I gave her 100% credit for our winning bid. Then she referred us to the best home inspector Ive ever had. While the transaction was pending, whatever issue arose, she had a fast and ingenious solution. She navigated the whole process flawlessly. Jennifer was very responsive and seemingly always available when we needed her. I could not recommend Jennifer more highly and I would not use any other realtor in Palm Coast.

Jennifer did a fantastic job selling my 89 year old mother's house. She was extremely professional and priced the house right. 5 weeks from listing to closing. If you want a realtor to get the job done, Jennifer is your go to.

Jennifer was awesome to deal with as a good friend and as doing business Definitely would recommend her to anybody, a lot of things that I did not know about or explained very thoroughly and got me up to speed very quickly and did her best to get me the best deal possible thank you and I appreciate it

Jennifer is absolutely the best in the business. We have purchased and sold a couple of properties with Jennifer and her knowledge, professionalism, patience and, most importantly, her talents, is why we would absolutely use her again.
